The Bybrook Room Our largest and most versatile space, the Bybrook Room includes a bar area perfect for serving drinks or laying out food platters. Double doors open onto a balcony overlooking the Green and playpark, offering a scenic backdrop for any gathering.

The Brunel Room Designed with productivity in mind, the Brunel Room is ideal for community groups, local businesses, or remote workers needing a professional meeting space. It features a large table with seating for up to 10 people, along with a water cooler to keep everyone refreshed. Whether you’re hosting a planning session or a team catch-up, this room offers a quiet and focused environment.

The Hub Our welcoming community coffee bar, The Hub, is available to hire from 3pm on weekdays and throughout the weekend. Furnished with a mix of sofas, tables, and chairs on a polished hardwood floor, it offers a relaxed and flexible setting. Furniture can be rearranged to suit your needs—whether you’re hosting a social gathering, a creative workshop, or a dance class. Coffee and tea making facilities and a water cooler are available with a £1 donation per hot beverage.

Kitchen Facilities Our fully equipped kitchen includes a range cooker, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge with freezer compartment. It connects directly to The Bybrook Room via a bar top for easy serving, and also features a serving hatch into The Hub. Complimentary use of the kitchen is included with all room hires, making it ideal for catering, refreshments, or community events.
